Intense nose of fresh lime, red grapefruit and a touch of honey pomello. Nice linear structure with intense lime flavors on the palate. The wine also shows great minerality and varietal character with a long clean finish.

Winemaking Comments:

The grapes were hand picked, sorted and whole bunch pressed. The juice was cold settled for three weeks and then racked. The wine was slowly fermented at low temperature for up to 7 weeks by wild and commercial RHST yeast. The wine was filtered before bottling.
