Intense, bright red brick colour. Very lifted nose showing raspberry, strawberry and white pepper. Nice fleshy and luscious palate with a dry clean finish. Wild raspberries and white pepper on the palate. This is a fresh, elegant and well balanced rosé.

Winemaking Comments:

The Syrah was bled off the skins and fermented separately in stainless steel barrel. The Pinot Noir and Malbec were fermented together on skins and pressed before sugar dryness. The components were then blended prior to bottling.
