Dark garnet colour with intense aromas of dark chocolate, ripe plum, cedar and mint. Full bodied,  and well balanced with a nice fleshy mid-palate and a firm finish. The wine has a good structure with well integrated ripe tannins. The palate shows rich plum, blackcurrant and cedar.

Winemaking Comments:

The components of the blend were fermented separately in small batches. The wine was then blended and was aged in premium French oak for 16 months.  The wine was bottled unfiltered and no fining agents were used.
