Bright yellow gold wine with a pungent nose and sophisticated complexity showing blackcurrant bud, passionfruit, red grapefruit and cedar. Intense and rich palate showing more blackcurrant bud and red grapefruit. This wine has sustained length with a clean and enticing finish.

Winemaking Comments:

The grapes for this wine were whole bunch pressed and fermented in premium oak and stainless steel barrels. The wine spent six months in barrel before blending and bottling.
